I would move 'Bourne Technology' over to the left of the page.

Multimedia Homes of Distinction and the logo made a bit smaller - it seems a bit bunched up with the quick links drop down.

Don't like the buttons at all, don't think they suit. They seem like they belong to a multi-colour sort of template (oranges and greens etc).

The buttons in general really don't suit the site in my opinion. The colour, style and so on, it's just not working.

Basically what Wardie said. Just don't think they fit into the page at all.

Easy to experiment with though. I'm not great at colouring suggestions or design in general, but perhaps a glossy black (not too glossy or it'll not look great) or dark red (like the Bourne Technology text colour) might do the trick.
