Hello all,

Please give me some feedback about how I can improve my website OCWars.

I'm having problems retaining clans and getting them to challenge each other. I've tried to make the site as user friendly as possible (as my competitors are impossibly hard to use) but it doesn't seem to make a difference. They're pretty loyal to Consolegaming.

It is a nice looking website. The Header and Footer are a bit too big for my liking though.

As for clan loyalty, that's something that will take time. I don't think there is anything you can do that will have clans flocking to your site overnight.

Just keep your site up to date all the time and keep offering the services you advertise. Maybe think about some new features that other sites don't have - or make you standard features better.

Thanks. I'll make the header a bit smaller and remove two or three lines worth of the footer.

It might be worth making it more apparent what game ladders you are offering and also for what console. Took me a minute or two to figure out that it is for PS3 only, and then I figured out which games.

Maybe down the left under the games heading you could use a combination of and image of the game and then the game name/ladder type e.g. Eye of Judgement - 1v1

Also a nice banner with a collage of games might be a good idea.
