Site missing from Google searchphrase

Any idea what's going on here? SEO isn't too important for us but I make tweaks here and there and keep an eye on our position for our key search term. We were most recently 8th, now we're nowhere (gone all the way to page 15, where the results end, and nothing). We still appear 8th in Places if you expand that bit.

I've checked on Google Search Console and it's all green ticks: "URL is on Google", "Coverage", "Page is mobile friendly", etc. I'm searching in Incognito mode as usual. Our site appears if I search for our company name.

Any ideas?

Keywords everywhere is an add on plugin for most browsers It will tell you the keyword density on any given page you should aim for between 3-5%.
It's also useful in a Google search as it gives you a key phrase alternative based on Google results
