Six Nations Fantasy Rugby Help !

To all you Rugby Guru's out there, ive been roped in to playing in a work Fantasy League at scrum.fantasyleague.com. I know very little about Rugby as its not really my sport of choice. i prefer football or NFL. but i do enjoy watching the six nations, my problem though is i don't know who has been playing well through the year to warrant picking in a fantasy league.

Points are for Appearance's / Tries / Kicking & Assists.

Ive picked the following team. Your not allowed more than 4 players from the same nation, I have plenty of time to make adjustments. Im just wondering if people could possibly suggest obvious changes or people who may be better choice's.

will it be on appearances in the given position?
if its just appearances:

lewsey FB
likely to be in the team be it full back or centre, hes a good scorer aswell.

hodgeson FH
its his year imo.

drop moody for someone else

Agree with Morba. I'd probably put someone like J White instead of Moody as he is capt of Scotland, good player and will start every game bar an injury.

I'd have Shane Williams on the wing. He'll in all probabilty finish as one of the top try scorers and also puts in a few assists too. He's also guaranteed to play every match barring injury. How have you got so many backrow players. Don't you have to select a team according to positions?

I'd also change Jauzion as he is now out for 2/3 matches with a broken toe.
