Sizing down a powerful OC'd system

My old Sonata 2 is showing its age, and with the horizon of a new core system, I think it calls for a new case too.

The entire system is externally watercooled so airflow is not a problem. I may extend this to the NB with the new mobo too.

I would really like to size this down a lot. I have a server in a Lian LI V350B and I really like the design. Right now my main system would be in one of these if it wasn't for the fact that the case is mATX.

So here I have two options:

1) Pick an mATX board and go V350B or similar - any suggestions of decent mATX boards?
2) Find a small standard ATX case - recommendations/suggestions? This seems the most likely.
