For dinner with these...

BUTTTTT I don't have a well-stocked kitchen, I have very few ingredients... just want some basic ideas?

Think I have rice, pasta, soy sauce, olive oil, half an onion, carrots, few spices, beef stock... I could run to the nearby co-op but they wont have anything as exotic as mirin...

Could do a carmelised onion and steak sandwich?

Stir fry?

Cook and serve with salad and veg?

Next time you're shopping, get yourself a tub of Mae Ploy Massaman paste, a few tins of coconut milk, some unsalted peanuts or cashews and a couple of spuds. I'll be putting a guide up on what to do with them soon!
