This combo ok paired with a 3800+ dual core?

Not performance wise, more worried about the tiny 200w PSU this shuttle comes with and having never bought a shuttle system before, I have no clue in regards to their PSU's.

Shuttle PSU's are very strong.

A Shuttle 200W can power a good spec X2, a couple gigabytes of RAM, and an X1800/X1900 GPU.

If you're really worried, I think you can get a Shuttle PSU bigger than 200W, but really you have very little to worry about

A 7600gt, yes it'll do that. I think putting a 1800 or 1900 XT or above may really stretch it though, even being a Shuttle PSU.

Maybe, but there seem to be plenty of people knocking about with very high end cards in 200W shuttles.

Have you decided on what memory you're going for?

I know Air Marshal had problems with some 2GB PC6400, so went for 2GB Corsair Value Select PC5300 instead.
