SK22G2 new build suggestions

I will be building a new pc around this case. Can some recommend a cpu for this please? My priority is low noise, so it must be a very cool running cpu. I'm not too fussed about speed as this pc will mainly act as a file server and downloader box.

No idea if it's all marketing talk, or if there is an advantage to paying the premium for one. But AMD have two "energy efficient" lines of AM2 processors.

Using the OPN code you can identify what TDP the CPU has. Most places stock the regular ADA prefixed models which are standard. The lowest wattage requirement CPU has the ADD prefix, but not seen it around. So might have to to settle on a ADO prefix as a middle of the road option.

Dual core models have slightly higher wattage draw than the single cores. AMD's processor specification.
