Skindred are definatly a hot band at the moment, they have been around a few years but have just got massive in America even thought they are a awesome British band. Check them out here...

Brings back memories. I seen them support P.O.D. way back in 2001. Was a pretty rubbish gig that.

I seen skindred in Edinburgh was about 200 folk at it and every single person was dancing was amazing!

I've always felt that Dub War were a better band, personally. Too bad I never got to see them.

When I think back, Skindred were the best band at that POD gig and they were opening that night. I seem to remember them going to America for years and never coming back. I'll probably check em out later.

Saw Skindred support Pitchshifter at the Astoria just under a month ago. They were pretty decent live (although a tiny bit annoying, but hey, all good punk-related bands need to be

), but I got the impression they were kind of living off of the success of "Nobody" a bit.

Still, good sound.

My band played a gig in Bristol with them a couple of months back, they put on a great show, even though the venue was nearly empty by the time they came on!
