Wanted to find out peoples thoughts on skins and other products like it (canterbury etc), as I,m thinking of getting some for my gym use, , is it a useful product, what do you use it for and what benefits have you experienced from.

Gracias :)

I have a nike one. Its great :)

[edit]That skins site is the slowest in the world after Sky.

Think my Nike top I play golf in is like a Skins thing, it's brilliant at keeping me warm and showing all the lumps and bumps in my less than perfect physique :)

Only thing I notice is how long the arms are, you would need to be inspector Gadget to fill the arms out!

i wear a top and some socks when I play hockey.

the top seems to help me stay around the right temperature better, and the socks definately stop my calves tightening up as much.

Hmm, this stuff help when playing football?
I was thinking of getting some, but am only 17, so thought may wait a while till im mid-20s :p

I got bleach all over my Nike Dri-Fit shorts today and they've turned red! Absolutely gutted as they were the most comfortable shorts ever, and I can't find the same pair anywhere online!

There are a few versions of these Skins that Nike make.

There is the dri-fit vent, which is designed for Summer weather as it has a ventilation system to keep you cool.

Then there is the compression top, which keeps you warm. I personally wear a compression top when playing 5-a-side and 11-a-side as it's tight to my body and stops the wind blowing through my shirt on to my skin making me cold.

Wearing a compression top in Summer is not recommended to be honest, so be aware what top you are buying for what conditions.

They are Great.

When i played soccer they helped a lot after training.

When i didnt have them i would be sore for 2 or 3 days from training. But when i started wearing them i was 100% fine the next day:cool:
