Skitch startup

How do i stop it appearing on the screen? I just want it to be hidden.

IIRC, there's an option in preferences to have it start up hidden, either in your dock, or in your taskbar

I have both of those ticked; start Skitch and to make it hidden. Still ends up in the middle of my screen.

If so, untick it, reboot, retick it, reboot. Hope.
