SKOOL BOY...PRANKS!?!

We used to send e-mails from unlocked PCs to our manager basically either saying, "I'm bored, give me lots and lots of more work to do", or "I want to work with xxxx more, I like them", where xxxx is the office idiot nobody likes.

My last couple have been just opening our phonebook, finding a picture of said office idiot, then setting it to a tiled wallpaper, then hide it by opening up their work windows etc, so they'll only really notice it when they next either show their desktop, or hit CRTL+ALT+DEL to lock their machine :p

If the school isn't using xp or properly setup permissions (or you gained admin access) you can change any users password using the netuser command without knowing their previous one. Used to use this all the time when the school used windows nt in 2001.

how?? can you please explain further :)

In the command prompt type shutdown.exe -i is gives you a simple user interface in which you can choose to shutdown or logoff any or every computer on the network. Bear in mind that this can easily be traced to the computer and account that sent the command if nothing is done to prevent detection, and if you have a half decent technician it will be disabled to normal users anyway.

Take a printscreen of the desktop, set it as the background but don't hide anything. Everything looks absolutely normal until you move an icon, I'm sure this would confuse some people yet it's harmless.

If you use it in combination with the Ctrl + Shift + Alt shutdown cancel then it looks like the computer has locked up.

swap over ALL the cables for the PC opposet, so when they turn on/off their PC they shut down the other one.
