hi, just a question about the normal sky box that comes with this package for free. (just tryed to phone them got no where)

does it have a digital sound output to connect to a receiver?
what types of video output does it have ?
and can you change the type of package any time you like?

Nope - only dual-phono
If you want digital out - get sky+

iirc - 2 Scart ans 2 phono

Going to a higher package - yes...
Lower package - I think you have to wait 6 months before you can drop down again
