I have removed a 2tb seagate pipeline drive from my sky hd box as I now use freesat. I know the drive is designed for video but would I be able to use it in a desktop pc for my steam games?

If you have a windows install disk you can wipe the partition using the partition manager
Do be careful not to delete your own hard drive

I have just tested the speed of it with hdtune and it is faster than my 1tb drives that I currently use so i will give it a try.
