Just wondering if its at all possible?

I've been reading a lot about Billion 7800N routers having a firmware version that allows you to connect to Sky's network without issues.

So i'm wondering if its worth it? I have the Sagem router, so i have no idea if thats crap or not.

Just hoping for some feedback.

Thanks.

Well i'm currently going thorough the period where the line settles down, so my speeds are improving.

Routerstats reports my line up to 12mb. Which is what the estimated the line to be. But BT estimated 17mb, so i'm expecting a lot more.

I think regardless i'm getting the Billion 7800N after the settling period, just for the SNR tweaks and improved wireless signal.

I signed up last week and got the Sagemcom F@ST2504n . No idea if thats the new one or not, but it still crap, the settings are all hidden so i can't for example change the DNS unless i telnet into it.
