Sky BB - How do I reset router password?

Hi,

My friend has Sky broadband. For some reason when we try to log onto his router, it won't accept the default username password (admin / password).

The router appears to be a DG834G (hard to say exactly, as Sky have stuck a big sticker over the bit with the model number).

Anyway, my question is - is there a way I can reset the router so that it will accept the default username and password again?

You have the wrong password. The defaults for the sky router are:

Username - admin
Password - sky

If that doesn't work hold in the small button on the back of the router while swithced on for a few seconds and it should reset.
