sky BB users a quickie

had sky BBmax since nov09 and connects at 14mb and my speeds where good up till last week now i cant even stream Utube without buffering

a bloody joke, is it just me ?

mailed support and they gave me a load of bull about secruity settings with IE

but its cross browser, cross OS , multiple systems problem

WTF? wait till you see mine..your 100x better off.

I replaced my sky router with a netgear which made it worse. So i went back to the original sky router and since iv never touched it. Should be standard settings

My sky's fine.. its upto 20mb but my line is only suppossed to handle 6-7mb
usually a bit higher though

I live in a dodgy place tho. we just got sky the day before i got the internet D: but then again when i was with tiscali i got 8mB/s and they said i would get 10. Didnt complain.
