Sky box office unavailable

I am trying to use Sky box office for the first time to watch boxing later and it just showes a message 'Sky box office is unavailable'

Has oneone else got the same message? I have tried rebooting the box, resetting with standby button and planner rebuild so far. Calling Sky there is a 15 minute wait time so dont want it costing me £15 on the phone to them
 
Thanks - all green on the service status. The box is connected to our wifi, we dont have a phone line (well we do but have no phone connected)

The skysportsboxoffice channels 491 and 492 do work though. Just that the box office button doesnt work and pressing the green button to order doesnt do anything either

Edit - i have ordered it online for £16.95. It best actually work at 7pm or ill be fuming

I think they keep the preview on till about 9, so you might not find out till then :D
