Sky broadband outage?

Ive been unable to connect to sky broadband since last night, does anyone know if sky are having problems?

On Sky Broadband LLU here & no problems same as always.

Nevermind, I found out that their email account database was hacked on the 8th of october resulting in my email account being used to send spam. Instead of admitting their failure the retards suspended my entire internet access a whole 2 days later without phoning me, furthermore they lied to me, trying to blame me saying I have a trojan despite the fact that I've never actually used that email account so that would be an impossibility.

What's even worse is that their phone lines are only open from 9-5, do they really expect us to call them from work? Sky's security is abysmal twice has their credit card database been hacked previously. I had to laugh when they told me that they would "know" when I reformatted my computer lol.
