sky broadband router query

I've got a sky engineer coming to my apartment to activate my telephone line and my internet with them at the same time, yet I've still not received the router they provide yet. Does the engineer bring it with him or something?

Hmm, I did my order on the 29th January and still not received it yet. Any idea how long they take to arrive?

there maybe tracking.
do you have a login for sky ?
it must tell you on the email or letter they sent you.

Will usually arrive the day before you're due to go active.

The sky TV engineer won't do anything about your broadband, he's strictly TV only.
