I'm trying to get help with my latency issue from sky broadband, however whenever I mention latency the people from mumbai have no idea what I'm talking about and either hang up on me or go away to "check" and then hang up.

Anyone know who I can speak to that will understand what I'm saying to them?

I'd try ringing again & asking for Tier 2 support. They should be able to assist you, only problem is getting them to put you through to Tier 2 :/

How bad is the latency? Easynet's Sky) network does have a high latency to being with e.g.
