Im in the process of transfering from Virgin Media to Sky broadband, they offered me a package I couldnt refuse :)

Now I understand Sky have a 30Gb a month usage limit on the 8mb package. Is this strictly enforced? or are they usually leniant? Its rare I would ever go miles over this I think but was just wondering if Im going to get threatening letters for being 2-3 mb over the top. I mainly use it for surfing the net, playing Counterstrike, downloading the odd mp3 ( legally of course :p ) so cant see me ever being way over.

thanks in advance

I'm intrigued what this package they offered you?

Basically the package we are getting is sky+ multiroom with sports, variety and knowledge packs, and the 8mb broadband.

What makes it so hard to refuse is -

1. The sky+ boxes are free
2. Installation is free
3. They are paying the £125 installation fee that BT are gonna charge to put the phone line in :)
