Ok long story short, every time Sky's internet goes down, for however long, i get this stupid page come up to 'help reconnect' Does anyone know of a way to block it, at least on my computer or over network? It doesn't help one bit and replaces tabs in the browser without being able to press back to return to the previous page. Not a problem for normal users, but i have a habit of leaving tabs open (Have 14 open right now!!!) And it is a pita when Sky decides it is more important than all of them :mad:

Use this extention;

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/block-site/eiimnmioipafcokbfikbljfdeojpcgbh?hl=en

And add;

(I'm assuming this is the one that's appearing correct? Probably after a local IP)

To the banned words list.

Hopefully will prevent it from loading again.

If not then you can try it in windows but it's a bit longer so try the above first.

Pretty sure you can just pull the incoming line from the router to check if it's worked.

http://192.168.0.1/sky_self_heal-connection_type_inLife.html was the line i added, seems to block it, will have to see if it will allow me to return to previous page next time my connection goes down. Cheers for the help :)

No worries. Just unplug the cable to create a down connection.

Hopefully it shouldn't even move away from the page you were on.

Fingers crossed.
