Sky e-mail question.....

My mum and dad have just signed up to the Sky broadband and I'm having some problems setting up Windows Mail (Vista) to receive their e-mails!!

I've enabled "POP" in the e-mail settings but there is some confusion about what POP and SMTP e-mail servers to use?!?
I've read they should be pop.tools.sky.com and smtp.tools.sky.com but also seen reference to pop.sky.com and smtp.sky.com - in addition to this, the additional account I've set up for my mum is now mentioning "gmail"!?!?

Can anyone give tme the definitive settings to get the e-mails coming through Windows Mail???

I'm using these servers for sky and windows mail.

Incoming - pop.tools.sky.com
Outgoing - smtp.tools.sky.com

they use the google mail system, a friend of mine has an account with them they're complete nightmare,
