Sky Email and Windows Live Problem

Hi fellas,

Anyone else experiencing problems after the recent windows update?

I keep getting the following error:

An unknown error has occurred.

Server: 'smtp.tools.sky.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80070057
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 465
Secure(SSL): Yes

Can anyone help??

log into email
whos your email client
do you have live messenger
