Sky email when leaving

Hi

If I leave Sky to move to Plusnet can I keep my email address as it is going to be a pain to change everything.

Well mine is still active from leaving back in March, however they have every right to disable it as you aren't paying for their service. also changing emails over doesn't take long at all, about a hour for me, if that

As you can sign up to various sky products using your Sky ID without subscribing to Sky TV it's in Sky's interests to keep your skyID active. As long as you log in at least once every 180 days it'll remain active.

I understand a sky email is for life. They have recently changed email server from Google based to Yahoo and my Sky email address is the same and still works even though I left Sky over 12 months ago.
