I would steer clear of Sky routers personally. Mines is still in it's box, never been opened, lol.
Whats wrong with sky routers ?
I have a SKY Q routers and i get a strong wireless signal
No experience with the newer ones. Just didn't like the older ones. I needed certain features like QOS, VPN server, Multiple Guest Networks etc. which the Sky hubs didn't have.
And, AFAIK anyway, no ISP supplied Router currently does either?![]()

So realistically, no matter who your ISP is, you'd have to buy a different router anyway? Hardly a criticism of sky routers specifically.
True, yes. But as I've been with Sky for the past 20 years my original statement still stands.
You advised the OP to stay away from Sky routers because:
- An old version of the router didn't have some features you needed (which 99.9% of people don't need)
- That you have been with Sky for 20 years
Internet at its best.
