sky fibre install

hi, we are swapping from VM phone and internet to sky talk and fibre unlimited, the vm phone line is downstairs but was wondering if sky will install the new phone line upstairs instead

Do you have an Openreach/BT socket anywhere in the house already? Was an Openreach engineer appointment booked?

We've only got the vm socket and I think so, I told sky I needed a new bt line

So if the Openreach engineer needs to install a new line they should put the socket where you want it, within reason.

ok hopefully they'll install it in my bedroom so I can have the sky q hub in my room
