I phoned Sky Friday afternoon and asked for the Fibre Pro Upgrade from Fibre Unlimited (I forgot it was a Friday tbh...) anyway the guy said it'd be switched straight away, which it wasn't although it was a Friday afternoon, and I thought BT might switch it on Saturday, but when they didn't, I figured it'll be Monday, and lo and behold at dead on 9am my connection dropped, I got back online and did a speed-test and my download has stayed the same at around 38Mbps but my upload has gone from 8Mbps to 15-17Mbps, is this normal or should I be phoning Sky up?
