Sky Go Desktop

Hi,

I've been using sky go in the browser for a bit so I've downloaded the desktop version but for some reason I can't log in to it? I'm using the same login which works fine in the browser but not on the app. Any ideas? Or am I being a retard?

Are you over the allowed device limit perhaps?

Yer not over the limit as I've only registered the one device which is the same computer which works in the browser.

you can register more than 2 anyway

Sure. Logon to the account and create additional accounts. Each account (up to 10) can register 2 devices. Apparently not everyone has success but it certainly worked for me.

Perhaps that's the problem though, the computer you are using is already registered?

I've tried a few combinations, with my Macbook, PC and laptop, nothing works with Sky Go.
