It doesn't work at all for me. Our Sky account was previously in my name for years but since my younger brother started working PT for Sky, we now get everything for free. Problem is, they have now put the account in his name but left half my details there so it's two accounts sort of merged into one.
When I log into my Sky Account it shows my package as having all the channels, Sky World, ESPN etc yet it won't let me watch anything on Sky Go, on both the PC and iPhone. I need to link my account to the Sky TV account. I was speaking to a Sky Adviser online today for almost an hour explaining everything and going round in circles, they really haven't got the foggiest. In the end she said it was 'too complex' a problem so she has referred it to the technical team lol.
