there's certain offers we can to keep you with sky, it's your choice if you can be bothered to ring up, threaten to cancel and reap potential rewards, depends entirely on the person on the other end of the phone, but the offers are there.....

Are you talking about the old "I'm thinking about leaving you..." trick, and the company gives you XXX for XX months free?
Always a bit wary of that after seeing Michael McIntyre's skit (think it was him) where he says he heard he could get cheaper calls from his mobile company if he told them he wanted to cancel his contract...

"Oh sorry sir, we'll be sorry to see you leave... we can do that for you now..."
