Sky help- lost aerial out

Recently updated from sky hd+ box to sky q but have only realised that the q doesn't have an aerial out which made my freeview aerial service the whole house
Can anyone recommend something which will do the same thing as the old sky hd+ box used to do as the missus is giving me pelters for it

I don't need extra boxes I need something to make the rf circuit for freeview

I have two aerial sockets and need a powered rf thing to send signals to all other aerial sockets in the house so freeview will work
