Sky Hub SR102 ethernet not working

My brother is having some issues with his sky hub SR102. The wireless works fine but nothing will connect via ethernet, it seems that both ethernet ports do not work but the router is pretty much brand new. Sky will not replace it as they can't see any faults with it

I've done the basics like reset and factory reset etc but nothing will still connect via ethernet

Anyone know what could cause this

Any LEDs on the router or device to indicate a connection?

Both Ethernet ports? The SR102 has four, are you actually talking about a Sky Q hub?

On the router status page there’s an Ethernet section, http://192.168.0.1 then Ethernet, login with admin & sky and check what it’s set to. Change it and apply.
