Hi

was thinking of changing internet from Zen ADSL Max to Sky LLU services due to cheaper costs and basically getting the TV/Phone/broadband all in one

reading the sky forum seems a lot of people are having problems with it, so just wanted some feedback from some ocuk people to see what sky LLU is like?

Also does anyone know the price for an installation of a 2nd phone line? Going by the sky forum it says it can be £39 upwards

Thanks

As a service when it is running smoothly (iv never had issues personally) can't go wrong for the cost, especially if you plan on getting the full package (tv/phone/bb)). Especially with the 6 months half price as well on the bb for 6 months lol. Bare in mind that next month sky are rolling out their fibre service to those that are eligible, must be able to get infinity, also in a sky llu area.

I know connection/re-connection costs £39 pounds, but i don't know about the cost of a new 2nd line, may have to call them up and ask that one, unless others have had it done.

When we switched all ours over a few years back we did'nt have to pay any connection costs, so i don't know if you do these days or not. May be able to get that discounted if going for the full lot in one go, always call up and haggle, don't just do it all online, that would be my tip, also allows you to be able to ask any questions you are unsure of.

I had Zen and they reached very highl levels of reliabilty and I got what I paid for.
Since moving to sky llu service transferred realy quick, 2s periods of unavilablity of a couple of hours but its very cheap and a bit faster than zen was.

dont forget to go through quidco for teh max reabate! You can have broadband only or borad band with phone
