just done a test

problem is i live 1 k from the exchange and my line stats say i should recieve 14-16mb max for my line with over heads and sky cmr service say the same however i am only recieving max 12982 sync. i have tried using different routers and checked my socket and microfilters but with no joy can i get a higher sync.
can anyone advise?

It's the same for me. Should have been able to get the full 16mb, both according to line tests and according to sky. It only sync's at 10000 :confused:

does your router tend to dissconect? even my linksys tends to drop.

Sometimes. The router is fine, it's just the connection that drops! :mad:
