Sky moving question

Just phoned sky earlier about moving and got told theres a charge for re-install.. Which is fine but i was told when i move i need to re-sign for a further 12 months??

Does this seem right to anyone? I was thrown by this and told them id phone back in afew days when i have some dates in mind for it

Cancel the one you have and sign up with a new name and DOB it is what I done and you get everything free

Depends if he's in contract or not but yes if you setup at the new address as a new customer.
