Sky On My Computer?

Ok guys, I will admit, I know absolutely NOTHING about this subject, so I am asking for your help .

Currently in my room I have a normal TV with a wire (Coaxial? The round TV one) coming from the loft carrying Sky. Basically, is there a way that I can play this through my TV? I had a look at the TV cards but couldn't seem to make definite sense of them. All I need is just to be able to see what is being sent down the wire, channel changing is already sorted

Being able to record would be a bonus, but as there's Sky+ downstairs, it's not a necessity.

Yes you'll be able to play that signal through the PC with any analogue TV tuner no problem.

Also, just to be a pain, I'm on Vista 64, so are there any that you know of that do/don't work?
