Hi all,
I'm moving into a new place in a couple of weeks and am looking into my options for my tv/broadband provider. I've been with Virgin Media for about 10 years but last year I did have a few connection issues so I'm happy to consider a change. I was also looking into BT but there are a couple of channels it's missing (not a huge tv watcher but still) so that's a no.
How does Sky's fibre unlimited compare? the website gives me a speed of 40.9mb which is lower than the 60mb I've got with Virgin but I'm aware there's no traffic shaping and tbh 40mb would be fast enough. I wouldn't want to move if there were conection issues or if that 40mb estimate stood a good chance of being 10mb real world speeds though so I don't know whether to play it safe with virgin or go with sky.
Any tips?
