Sky Player help needed.

We have a full Sky TV package and Multi Room.

I've come to try and use the Sky Player online to get it working with my Xbox 360, but it says I need to be a subscriber or have a multi room package (which I do...)

Any else had this issue?

I've made the Sky account. Put in my Viewing Card numbers etc...

When I go to the Sky Player website, it says I need to upgrade my subscription.

I didn't understand this so I contacted Sky, the person on the phone said I need to find the 'upgrade package' details to get it to kick in.

I cannot find it though.

Sorted it now guys. Had to give sky a call in the end because my package details weren't updated.
