Sky player on xbox 360

so iv subscribed to the sky player multiroom for £10 a month to watch the live channels but when i try to watch something it comes up with the same message from before that says [to watch channels live with sky player you need to subscribe to sky multiroom, sky broadband or sky player multiroom] it then gives me an option that says [ok, ive done this] after selecting that it just gives me the same message again. do i need to wait a few hours for the channels to start working or is it another problem??

You need to create an account for sky player on sky.com. It might be done through your mysky account. If your totally stuck give them a call and they'll talk you through it.
