Sky Plus + PC

Only by SCART or RF. There's no way of networking them, so to speak.

Microsoft and Sky have signed a deal that should see them working together more closely in the future, so maybe we'll see something in a few years. Sky's sister company in the US, DirecTV, offer DVB-S cards and CAMs for PCs that work in MCE, for example.

Yes.

You can use an Analogue PCI TV card like the Hauppauge PVR 150 which has svideo in and stereo connections.
The offical MS remote receiver can change channels with the RF blasters etc. I actually bought a home made device for a usb to RF2 channel changer which is flawless. (You can change channels on RF2 when you use magic eye in another room so uses the same principle).

The picture quality is OK.

Recording is simple with MCE.

I actually use MCE to stream 'My TV' over the network to xbox 360 connected to a projector.

Good resources for this on avforums and hauppauge forums.
