I've had enough of Sky and there Sky Q Hub lol

Been having issues with poor wifi speeds, no wireless connectivity, one of the ports showing as no internet activity on my PC whilst the other works and now after Sky logged on yesterday to check, I can't access the router on 192.168.0.1 - password / username not recognised?!

How can I reset the password to the router?

Is there anything I can do to improve things?

I gave up and bought Google Wifi in the end (the two-pack was on offer). It's much more reliable.
 
When I was testing my setup yesterday with Sky they asked me to disconnect a switch I had in my network and use the cable to connect the two ethernet sockets on the Sky Q Hub
I forgot about this and realised on the night time I still had activity; turned out this was the Sky Q box connecting to wifi (even though plugged in with cable) and using the internet signal it was getting to power all other devices...

Turned off the wifi on the Sky Q box this morning to keep everything running out of the Sky Q Hub only

Sky are still saying nothing wrong with their kit although I know one socket doesnt work

Tempting to see about using a 3rd party router like i've seen guides for or buy a dedicated wireless access point
