Sky Q install ?

Hi, moving into my house at back end of January early February? If I arrange sky to install sky q at back end of January when would first payment come out ? Straight away or after install ?

Trying to remember when i had mine installed but a while back now. They should have advised when you ordered? No letter arrived? Statements etc on MySky account info?

Two weeks after your install. Then another payment two weeks later to set you up for the month in advance billing cycle.
