I've just spent a while on the phone to sky but would like some external confirmation - we're existing customers and as a birthday present I'm looking to upgrade to Sky Q silver for the Missis.
Problem is we have Zen internet, have zero interest in sports and not much interest in films, certainly not £18 a month worth.
Howvever the person on the phone I spoke to said that the movies has a 31 day cancellation period, and I could have it to begin with, then cancel it and the install cost would reduce from £349 to £149.
Can anyone advise if that's right - the 18 month Q contract doesn't insist on having the movies for the 18 months as well? We've been with Sky for about 12 years, although apparently the account is only 6 years old else we could get another discount apparently.
THanks
