Sky q recording.

In short, no.
All recorded content on a Sky Q box is encrypted. The HDMI output of the box has HDCP copy protection so you cannot copy recorded programmes to your computer.
Even if you were to remove the hard drive from the Q box (which is against the t's and c's of your Sky contract as they own the box) your computer would not be able read the contents of the drive.
There are means of recording the output using splitters which remove HDCP or by using the analogue output from a Q minibox, but this is not straightforward.
