Sky replacing all Thompson boxes

Sky are replacing all Thompson sky HD box's free of charge, has anyone had a phonecall from them yet, mine is due to be replaced tomorrow

Good riddance, mine is a buggy piece of ****, and very laggy changing channels.
EDIT - mine is an Amstrad. Any ideas if the replacements are going to have better EPG?

No, why whats up with the current EPG, Apparently it's because the old Thompsons wouldnt support anytime+

I use WMC, my mum has sky plus.

The EPG differences are comical. The sky box makes me want to throw the remote at the screen. Simple things like time delays for the selection cursor to move. The tiny amount of screen space that actually shows the EPG if you have the live picture box up (Which a proper epg solves by simply being contained on a translucent frame). Given how much sky users pay, its just so unbelievably meh.

WMC EPG > FreeSat EPG > Sky EPG

Never had a problem with the Sky HD EPG myself no time delays, must be her box

Was it? It used to quickly give me a list of all the channels and allow me to easily jump around to bits of the screen i want.

The new one with its embedded video is slow as hell
