Sky router query..

I've been on Sky broadband for about 3 years now and have the old grey DG834 Netgear router.

The wireless range on it is absolutely abysmal as are the wired transfer speeds so I'm looking for something new.

However the one issue I have is that should I buy a non Sky router, Sky Anytime will cease to work on the HD box.

Is there anyway round this?

I'd be inclined to just get Sky to send you a new router....fix it so it don't work no more!

Having a non sky router will not affect you watching Sky anytime+

Well having already tried a brand new Netgear last week I can with absolute certainty say Anytime+ does not work.

Ive also tried an old DLINK Ive got here and it didnt work with that either.
