Hey guys, I really need some advise, this problem is driving me mad. Im trying to connect to a server in France with an IP of 193.252.133.142(I live in Wales) but the response im getting is terribly slow, ive put a tracereoute which shows the problem in more detail. What i cant get my head around is from wales to france i hit two UK routers and then the packets get routed to America. Should this be happening? If not are my ISP at fault here as when i spoke to them about it they said there was nothing they could do. This has been going on for about a week now. Ohh and yes i need to change the name of my router :)
