Sky Stream HDMI CEC issues

I've recently purchased SkyStream, and I am experiencing various difficulties trying to get the HDMI CEC to work with my setup.

My setup involves the Sky Stream puck connected to my Denon X3800 AVR, and the output from the AVR to my LG CX TV. I have HDMI CEC enabled on my TV, AVR, and Stream Puck. When I turn the Stream Puck on using the Sky remote, all my devices come on and switch to the correct inputs. However, when I turn off the Stream Puck, only the puck turns itself off, and both my TV and AVR remain on. I need to use my LG TV remote to turn the TV off which then turns off the AVR.

Another issue I am facing is that I can't use the volume buttons on the Sky remote to control the volume on my TV. I've gone through all the volume signals for my LG TV, and it seems that it's unsupported, which is bizarre considering the TV is only a few years old. I also noticed that newer LG TVs like the G2 and G3 are not supported either.

The only way I've managed to get it to work is by using my Logitech Harmony remote, but the input lag on the Stream Puck is so slow that it's really frustrating to use.

Reading online on the Sky forums looks like there are all sorts of issues. Are others experiencing these types of issues, and how can they be overcome?

My TV set doesn't turn off if I hold the power button on the Sky remote. Doesn't turn off if I hold the power button down for 3-4 seconds either :(

I'm not too impressed with Stream, feels like a buggy product still and feels like Sky has gone back a step. I'm still within my cooling-off period, almost tempted to cancel and just sign up with NowTV for Sky Sports and Discovery+ for TNT Sports as sports is all I care about.

I originally had issues but since the latest firmware update haven't had a single issue and prefer it to Q. Would have thought LG TVs would be compatible though. Seems you can use the magic remote with it now as well.
Yeh I managed to get it working with the LG magic remote although I hate using it. Shame the Harmony remote is so slugglish when using it.
